Provider Terms
Draft version · last updated 14 September 2026
In short: list or claim only facilities you are authorised to manage, keep your information accurate, treat customer requests as confidential, and stay in control of your own safety, eligibility and commercial terms. Qapacity does not certify your facility or promise enquiries.
1.Scope
These Provider Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Use when an organisation lists, claims or manages a facility on Qapacity. They are an agreement between the provider organisation and [Qapacity contracting entity — to be confirmed].
3.Accuracy of provider information
Facility profiles may contain information supplied directly by providers as well as information obtained from identified public sources. Providers are responsible for information they submit or verify. Qapacity may identify inconsistencies or stale information but does not independently certify a provider's technical capability unless expressly stated under a separate service.
- Keep capability, equipment, operating range, restriction, access and lead-time information accurate and current.
- Only mark information as verified where you have a reasonable basis for doing so.
- Respond to review reminders and to corrections relating to your facility within a reasonable time.
- Do not describe your facility as certified, approved or endorsed by Qapacity.
4.Information from public sources
Before a claim, a facility profile may have been prepared from identified public sources. After a claim, earlier information and its history are retained for provenance. You may correct or supersede it, but historical versions are not destroyed.
5.Licence to provider content
You retain ownership of the content you supply. You grant Qapacity a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, structure and use it to operate the service, including publishing it on your facility profile and using it in matching and comparisons. See Intellectual Property.
6.Access requests and customer information
Customers may send you technical confirmation or access requests containing confidential information. You must use that information only to evaluate and respond to the request, keep it confidential, and not share it outside the people in your organisation who need it.
Qapacity does not promise any volume of enquiries, leads or revenue. You are free to decline any request. Where practical, please give a reason when you decline or respond with conditions.
7.Safety and control of work
You retain control over site safety, equipment operation, training, sample acceptance, hazard assessment and experimental procedure. An access request received through Qapacity does not oblige you to accept work or authorise any physical work.
8.Restrictions, export control and eligibility
You are responsible for applying your own security, export-control, eligibility and safety requirements and for recording known restrictions on your profile. Qapacity does not determine whether access is legally permissible and will not describe access as export compliant.
9.Quotes and contracts with customers
Quotes you record on Qapacity are your quotes. Any contract for services is between you and the customer on terms you agree. A quote is not an invoice, and acceptance recorded in the workflow is not proof of payment.
10.Fees
Any fees for provider access will be agreed separately in writing before they apply. [Commercial terms to be confirmed.]
11.Suspension and removal
We may mark a profile as needing review, restrict it or unpublish it where information appears materially inaccurate, a claim cannot be confirmed, or these terms are breached. Where practical we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to respond.
12.Liability
Liability provisions follow the Terms of Use, subject to any separate written agreement. [Provider-specific provisions to be confirmed on solicitor review.]
