For facilities
Make your specialist infrastructure easier to access.
Qapacity helps qualified quantum teams understand what your facility can do and approach you with better-structured requirements.
Why list on Qapacity
Fewer poorly qualified enquiries. Clearer technical conversations.
Make your real capabilities discoverable by what they can do — not only by the name of the instrument — and receive requests that already describe the objective, the criteria and what needs confirming.
Capability-first profile
Describe capabilities with operating ranges, equipment, processes, test methods, materials and expertise, each with its source and verification state.Your access rules, stated clearly

You retain control of site safety, equipment operation, training, sample acceptance, hazard assessment and experimental procedure.
How provider access works
List or claim a facility
Make your specialist capabilities easier for relevant quantum teams to discover and access.
- Step 1
Create provider organisation
Set up your organisation and invite colleagues with provider roles.
- Step 2
Search whether the facility already exists
Some facilities are already represented from identified public sources.
- Step 3
Claim an existing facility or create a new one
Claim the existing record, or create a new profile if none exists.
- Step 4
Verify organisational relationship
Tell us how your organisation operates the facility. A Qapacity reviewer checks the claim.
- Step 5
Complete capability profile
Capabilities, operating ranges, equipment, processes, restrictions, prerequisites and sources.
- Step 6
Select external access model
State how external users can work with you, and what lead-time information you can provide.
- Step 7
Publish profile
Make the profile visible to quantum teams searching and matching against requirements.
- Step 8
Receive structured access enquiries
Requests arrive with the objective, criteria, documents, requested dates and open questions.

Verification is yours to give
When you confirm capability information it is shown as Provider verified. Providers are responsible for information they submit or verify. Qapacity never labels a facility as certified or approved.
Already listed from public sources?
Profiles built from identified public sources show Not yet claimed by the provider. Claim the profile to correct, verify and manage it. Anyone can also suggest a correction from the facility page.
Facility profiles may contain information supplied directly by providers as well as information obtained from identified public sources. Providers are responsible for information they submit or verify. Qapacity may identify inconsistencies or stale information but does not independently certify a provider's technical capability unless expressly stated under a separate service.
Make your specialist infrastructure easier to access.
Provider access is governed by the Provider Terms, which are currently in draft.
